Not particularly amusing or interesting, more an attempt to clog the "Bunny Confessions" thread - can anyone find any of this that has anything to do with the topic?

INVESTREND Research affiliate ValuEngine has issued a “Strong Sell” recommendation for OVERSTOCK.COM at http://www.vereports.com/servlet/main?pid=42?level=254

The report said the company exhibits “unattracrtive market/book ratio, market valuation and momentum,” and “has the probability to underperform average market performance for the next year.”

ValuEngine said the report is essentially a “shorting” signal, although the company is on the Nasdaq threshold list, meaning there are excessive “fails to deliver.”

November 18, 2005 (FinancialWire) An investigation that could have far-reaching implications not only related to the naked short selling scandal but also for independent research providers, the Salt Lake Tribune is reporting that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is investigating Gradient Analytics “over allegations it conspired with a well-known Wall Street hedge fund to drive down the share prices” of OVERSTOCK.COM (NASDAQ: OSTK).

The hedge fund, Rocker Partners, is reportedly responsible for two-thirds of the short positions on the New York Stock Exchange. The NYSE threshold list signifying fails-to-deliver, include such perennial corporate repeaters as Ford Motor Credit Company (NYSE: FCJ), Krispy Kreme Doughnuts (NYSE: KKD) and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia (NYSE: MSO).
