Two separate groups submitted Amicus briefs recently in the OSTK vs. Rocker/Gradient suit. So did the California AG. The CFAs and "Reporter Committee For Free Speech" supports Gradient, the top California lawman supports OSTK.

Nobody can seem to agree just how large the delivery failure problem really is. To complicate matters further, the CNS system artificially reduces the number of FTDs reported by the DTCC - in other words, the problem is likely much, much worse than the numbers from the DTCC admit...

It's really wild. I mean, the SEC is caught red handed in a cover-up, of the extent of the naked short selling crisis as well as its impact on investors and targeted companies, and hard data is finally available to prove the duplicity and collusion, and the NY Press is silent. Not even Gasparino comments. Amazing. Or rather, completely expected.
