Further Observations on the Effects of Inappropriate Government Actions and Corrections to Those Actions

Our Government created innumerable incentives to cause development of oil and gas resources domestically beginning after the 1974 Oil Embargo and subsequent crisis.  Many new resources were identified and opened all over the US and its holdings, tied to the outrageous prices then of $18 per barrel, and correspondent gas prices.

In 1986, in a move clearly favored by Big Oil and the Arabs, these incentives were wiped out, essentially wiping out small independent producers throughout the US, by artificially depressing the prices of Oil and Gas to eliminate the competition.  It worked just as they planned it, and we have seen the US Oil and Gas Industry consolidate both domestically and globally, down to what is now essentially 7 Global players.

What if the Government had not taken sides and continued to develop and re-develop new and existing proven sites here?  The answer is obvious.  There would be no Oil and Gas crisis of any sort here or globally.  In addition, prices would be fixed competitively rather than by global cartels, at levels that would only be a portion of what they are now.

Some significant group needs to get in the face of those responsible before they are allowed to die of old age.  This is a continuing disgrace.

Our question here must be the analog of asking what will happen here when the Government gets off its dead ass and moves to correct the abuses of the last 15 years.  I say that the profiteers must be treated as War profiteers, including not only forfeiture of their ill-gotten gains, but also be sent to prison for their offenses.

What say all of you?

Bud I agree, the trouble is that today we can't seem to get enought of the dumbed downs to pay attention to their own rape that is and has been in progress for years.

My only out has been to pull away from the corrupt US markets where making money is near immpossible and moving into a less corupt market where some profits can be reaped if you are careful and quick. That is in the jr resource markets in Canada. I hit them for short gains and run the profits right into the bullion. I am 58 next month andaware that things will likely get worst so I see this action a real survival action I have to take.

Thanks so much for your fight. May God bless you in the fight for what is right and I have 100% faith that he will hold the crooks accountable.

Hi Bud,

I always relish your opinions and information. I had the opportunity to shake your hand (and Rodney Young's) at Susanne Trimbath's "Naked, Short and Greedy" seminar in Los Angeles last year.

IMO, nothing short of a no-shit revolution will likely change the banker/politician penchant for draining the many in favor of the few.

Also, IMO, the most insidious war profiteers are the private bankers who comprise the Federal Reserve (and certain other "central" banks). These "untouchable" crooks finance both sides of war after war with the "winner(s)" winding up completely beholden to the will of the bankers. Jail would be too kind.

Reply: Dennis, I remember you. Hope this finds all well.

Duffer I salute you.
If others had this attitude I would worry much less about the ability of americans to retain some types of personal freedom.
Responsibility for self seems to be rare.
Without it no one has any freedom all there is without personal responsibility is dependence.
I am glad to see a independent soul still exists!

Bud'
It would be God sent if some of these soon to die manipulating political crooks were to lay out and clean their slate before they meet the man. Just once have the gonads to say "It was about money and control and we knew how to make it happen whatever the dire consequences might be."
We used to be a country of builders and creators and our women were revered for the ability to raise children to be our future leaders who would be looked at with admiration for the high moral and ethical values. Now we are a nation of lazy, selfish "whats for me, screw you" society who's main goal is to find cracks and fissures in our system so that they can exploit them and make a fast buck without working. We no longer make laws or enforce laws to help the populace, on the contrary, we look for loopholes in what we have built and rejoice when they can tear apart or deem somebody innocent because of a undotted i that has nothing to do with nothing other than to let a guilty person(s) walk free in glee to do it again. We are in deep shit and no one seems to give a damn because they are to worried about themselves and no one else. I hope history proves me wrong.

Reply: Pray for change, but in the meantime, think like a Swiss. Get armed, and keep current with it.

Hi Bud, you seem to know what s what in the world of NSS and the SEC, lawsuits and victums......my question, has USXP a nd its council and CEO filed their appeal....? Is it being done or been done in FLA? Or does it have to be before the same judge in NYAlso if it has not been filed when is it due date......thanks again

Reply: I believe they have 60 days to appeal the original judgment, and I am of a rather certain mind this will be done, and competently. The District Court Judge chose to ignore the US Bankruptcy Court, and I don't think that opinion will stand.

Bud, we can't understand this unless we connect it to multiple levels of treason at the highest levels of government. Our kids need to come home and fight the real terrorists in our own country.

It's all related and you can't consider one without seeing the bigger spiderweb or octopus.

Deutsche Bank to pay $270 million to end fraud case tied to arms dealer
BY TIM HUBER
Pioneer Press
German financial giant Deutsche Bank has agreed to a $270 million settlement of claims that it participated in a complex securities fraud orchestrated by a fugitive Saudi arms merchant that bankrupted Minneapolis-based securities firm Stockwalk Group four years ago.
The settlement largely ends a strange tale that began just days after U.S. securities markets resumed trading following the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks and led to the largest liquidation of a securities firm in U.S. history.

These guys are friends with the both the democrats and republicans. They are both equally bad.

It would be nice if things were simple and we could all stay on topic, but the reason the government and media allow massive counterfeiting is there is something bigger going on.

Adnan and naked shorting is intimately tied into this.

Danny Casolaro was "suicided" in 1992 on the trail of the mother of all conspiracies, a transnational cabal manipulating world political events since World War II called The Octopus. Key to his research was a super-surveillance software called PROMIS, which was given to a crony of Ronald Reagan's as a pay off for the deliverance of $40 million to the Ayatollah Khomeini for the "October Surprise" -- holding on to the 52 American hostages in Iran until after Jimmy Carter lost the 1980 election. The crony profiteered from PROMIS (really owned by a company called Inslaw) by selling it to police agencies throughout the world for the purpose of tracking criminals and extrapolating their next moves
