This starts with the sale of unregistered securities. I wrote first about this over 4 years ago, followed by definitive piece from Dave Patch and, most importantly, another by Rod Young.  Sale of Unregistered Securities is generally a SEC civil cause, while the related criminal cause is 18 USC 514, Counterfeiting of Commercial Securities.  Read my one page summary done for a journalist.

I thought this short summary might help you in your work.

These are the tactical and strategic elements of the activities going on today:

The Tactical approaches:

1.)  Naked Short Selling and a Family of other related manipulations intended to:

2.)  Electronically Counterfeit Securities of all Classes, including equities, bonds, securities, currencies, physicals, etc., for the purpose of:

The Strategic Objectives:

1.)  Money Laundering and Asset Transfers to:

2.)   Support of Criminal Financial Syndicate(s), Domestic and Global.

Who the Syndicate members are coordinated by remains the $64 Question.

The related laws involved include the prohibitions against sale of unregistered securities in the Securities Act of 1933, particularly Sections 5 and 6; 18 USC Sections

513 and 514, pertaining to the treatment of counterfeiting commercial securities (electronic means being specifically NOT protected); and finally, treatment of Criminal

Syndicalism as Insurrection and Sedition, a Class A felony, wherein the conspiracy to manipulate a pool of financial assets against the interests of the title holders is

      Treason, CJS Sections 22, 22A, and 46.

This is as simple as anyone can make it, and I hope this layout helps you.

You indicated you were having trouble getting your arms around these issues, and I suggest you consider printing out this graphic as a start and pasting it on the wall near you.

If you have a Viseo anywhere in your offices or access elsewhere, I can reduce any element of what we discussed to a graphic that can be left with you, and sent automatically to your computer.

I wrote a piece on Discovery of major international links to money laundering and terrorism.   I will send it to you with other piece beginning in packets today.

I just noticed your post concerning electronic counterfitting of securities. As is often the case just follow the money; however this must have been decriminalized by design. I am disappointed as to the response level to this topic. Obviously even amongst the interested there is a limit to what they can absorb or to their patience waiting for justice./P
