Is DTCC facing Anti-Trust Actions?

The drums of litigation are beat, beat, beating.  Seems not all TA's will  be automatically granted the vaunted "DRS" preferred status, and they are being told to like it or lump it.

Some of those being told to lump it are not going quietly into the ovens, and rather, they are going to go after their enemy on the one issue the SEC can't grant immunity for: Constitutional Tort Federal Anti-Trust.

Considering what discovery has shown some victims about the conduct of the DTCC, some judges may be deservedly put back in the proper place about any purported immunity of the DTCC.

This thing is out of control, and if it isn't quickly resolved, we may get more than one kind of meltdown.

The arrogance is unbelievable. They aren't afraid of us, but they should be.

We're not facing these problems for the first time, but we are the first generation with a truely free press via the internet.

With a free press, we WILL win.

Documents can now be virally emailed around the world in hours and blogs command a greater audience than most of the Dow Jones lying rags.

Honest reporters at dirty magazines and papers know how to write articles that tow the company line, but still get the story out.

The Wizard of Oz was about monetary issues (oz is ounce of gold) and the moral was that the wizard was a tiny little pitiful loser behind the curtain. We were never fighting Oz. We were fighting this little loser of a wizard.

We are way more powerful than Wallstreet and when the investors that lose money rise up in mass, the treasonous scumbags will run for the hills.

- military: they are your brothers, sisters, sons and daughters who are also being ripped off by wallstreet. Can you imagine giving your life in Iraq to support our liberties as some dick in his mercedes counterfeits stock to your mom?

- regulators and politicians: we still live in a democracy and can vote them out

- money: we have way more money than they do and can cripple their system by pulling our certificates

- media: it's about iPod, blogs and emails - the counterfeiting elite are losing control.

- IRS: people are waking up that taxes pay for interest on money that banks create out of thin air via netting obligations. They print money out of thin air, then lend it to the government who tax us to pay interest. Only principle is created, making the system always short interest which expresses itself as inflation.

- get rid of the SEC and have financial crimes investigated by the police
- get rid of the NSCC, netting trades at the exchanges
- get rid of the DTC, holding assets at the transfer agent

As a group, we don't have to wait for the regulators or the SEC. We can bring our friends in and their friends and as the message spreads, we can DEMAND change.

AATWR,

Your post is my kind of response, strongly stated, articulate, and sees the links.
Where have you been before? You are welcome back anytime.
I will be putting up a piece on the truth and fiction of T+0, STP, and the final evolution, Instantaneous DVP on a bullet proof backbone.

I will circulate this post to my contacts, and you can count on it getting to the GAO.

Thanks, Bud Burrell.

Today on CFRN.net I commented that I sometimes feel like Lisa Simpson. When Mr. Burns bought the media to spin his corrupt business ways little Lisa could not be bought. Mr. Burns fought her until she had nothing but a little mimeograph machine and no fight left in her. Just when she would have given up someone else stepped in to crank out the story.

I totally agree with Alice, This a brave new world and we have our blogs, internet radio, public access tv, paltalk, and when all else fails - the mimeograph machine.

Keep on cranking out the story!!! - Thanks and Best to all on the side of right.-Debi

This is a letter I just sent to about 50 different SEC agencies, President & VP, DOJ, US Treasury, Secret Service, Senators, Magazines, and TV shows.

To who it might concern,

I want to thank the SEC for finally doing the right thing and charging a Hedge Fund with Naked Short Selling, Counterfeiting of Shares, on a bank that was hurt by Katrina. This is the first ever charge of this kind, even though this has been going on for years. This is Poster Child case if I ever seen one. The Counterfeiting Crooks are watching this one for sure, send a strong message, put the Crooks in jail, fine them heavy, disgorge their ill gained profits, and return it to the investors.

The SEC has taken many bumps lately and rightfully so. Any organization that takes the word Integrity out of their mission statement deserves more scrutiny. Naked Short Selling, Counterfeiting of Shares, is a plague on the markets. The Law must come down on these Crooks or Chaos will ensue. Either the American Market comes crashing down or the SEC needs to go down, I know which I prefer. Thank God our Forefathers created Checks and Balances. We the People will make sure this Crime is stopped. More then likely it will take the State Attorney Generals to put an end to this Crime. We the People will not go quietly into the night, the Law will be upheld.

Thank You,

Dan Heilman

PS: I would hope the Press would reprint this letter. Our Forefathers also made Freedom of the Press an Amendment, so the Truth can be told, and that is why it is the First Amendment. Without the help of the Press, you would be allowing this great injustice to go unchecked. Only with your help, can we put an end to Counterfeiting of Shares; the SEC is just dragging their feet, put some pressure on them.
