I will take a moment to commend Dave Patch, whose literally relentless efforts have been the linchpin I have hung my efforts on in many cases. He and I have been the two most highly profiled voices of this cause. We come from very different backgrounds, with very different perspectives and opinions, but we share one quality. We have both been pit bulls. While I am not an interested party, Dave most certainly is. I have told our counsel that if Dave had not existed, they would have had to create him. They owe him more than they could ever pay him, and I have told them that in no uncertain terms. I just received his latest missive about the SEC, one that is terrifying in its implications.

I commen both of you for your undying efforts to try and stop this nefarious behavior! It is people like you that have given me strength when I felt I couldn't do anything else but give up. I hope, and pray on bloody knees that our time, your time, has finally come. Thank you. FC,CF

Bud, I felt Dave Patch would take hold of this NSS/FTD issue and see it through to the end when four years ago he asked for and I sent him copies of the Apsyrtus / Ameritrade attorney correspondence. That correspondence concerned 19 Market Makers actively making a market in Genemax shares all of whom declined the order when genuine company shares were demanded.

Bud,

I want to thank both you, and Dave Patch.

I was listening to bloomberg radio the other day... and when I heard the announcement that the SEC was going to be investigated I felt a surge of pride for having signed Dave's petition, and being even a small part of what I believe will be a monumental good.

To all in the fight.. congratulations on this small victory on our way to winning this long, long war...

a lot of people need investgating...and when we reach the tipping point....ANYONE who has been involved in trying to cover up this problem should get hung out to dry.....
